How to use the Holy Hydration! e.l.f. Off Makeup Remover for waterproof makeup:
- Shake the e.l.f. out of the bottle before each use to activate the bi-phase formula.
- Saturate a cotton ball or round with liquid makeup remover and gently press into skin to melt makeup, then swipe to remove.

I would definitely buy again!
I have been using the Holy Hydration! e.l.f. Off Makeup Remover for about a week now, and I am really impressed with it. It does a great job of removing all of my makeup, including waterproof mascara. I also like that it leaves my skin feeling hydrated and plump. The balm has a soft, creamy texture that melts into the skin easily. It does not have any strong fragrance, which I appreciate. I use it by rubbing it into my dry skin with my fingers. I then massage it in for a few minutes to loosen up all of my makeup. After that, I rinse it off with warm water and follow up with my regular cleanser. I have not had any problems with the Holy Hydration! e.l.f. Off Makeup Remover breaking me out or causing any irritation. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a gentle, effective makeup remover that leaves their skin feeling hydrated. Leaves skin oily after use
This works great. It even takes off waterproof mascara with one wipe. The only negative is it leaves my face feeling oily after use.

@influenster me mando este producto que.se a convertido en uno de mis favoritos! Yo uso maquillaje pesado y lo puse a prueba en cuanto me lego! Y debo decir que funciona super bien!!! En realidad quita absolutamente todo el maquillaje!!! Y no se necesita demasiado producto!! Yo pongo.un poco en algodón y funciona muy bien! No se desperdicia producto y te deja la piel limpia de maquillaje en realidad funciona!!
