How to use anti-aging retinoid serum:
- On clean skin, blend pea-sized amount of retinoid serum onto your face and neck at night, when skin is the most receptive to renewal.
- Note: the amber color of the formula is a naturally occurring hue due to the potency of the retinoid complex. It will blend into the skin after application.
- If new to retinoids, use every 2 days and build up usage overtime.
- Use SPF during the day.

Gentle and Effective
I started using this retinol for about 3 weeks and have noticed that the dry skin around my nose and on my nose was gone. This has been helping keep dead skin off by regenerating my skin cells more quickly. I have also noticed for evenness in my skin tone as well. I use this serum after my hyaluronic acid and then after the retinol I use my moisturizer. I only use this at night time. If you have sensitive skin I recommend only using this every other evening to start with. This is gentle for my skin but effective! Prescription retinoid is too much for me so this is perfect for my needs!

Perfect for a first time retinol user
If you're looking for a serum that'll help with first signs of aging, this is it. If you already have deeper set wrinkles then I would suggest other products. I have reactive sensitive skin and this serum did not irritate my face or neck. I definitely geared this product on my neckline. In the time that I've used it, I didn't see a major difference. Again, I do have more signs of aging in that area

Wow!
Great especially for the price. It can be difficult to find a good retinol at an affordable price. This one is very gentle and doesn’t break the bank when you have to repurchase it every couple months or so! I also like the color of it because it lets me know if the product is rubbed in all the way or if I missed any spots. Underrated from ELF skin line!

Lightweight and easy to wear
I bought this product a few weeks ago so I don't think I have used it enough to see major results. However, it's extremely lightweight and doesn't have a strong smell so it's great to wear. It does have a shocking orange colour but it doesn't show up on your skin so that isn't an issue. It hasn't broken me out or affected my skin negatively, so far, so I consider that a win!

Great product at a reasonable price!
I have been using it every Eve for the last 3 months and it leaves my skin soft and smooth. I have also noticed improved radiance and clarity. No irritation or dryness as with other retinols.

Ugh
I have sensitive dry skin. I have used other retinols in the past which did not work for me but I wanted to try this since so many of the reviewers said they had sensitive skin and it worked for them. Nope, sorry - this definitely irritated me and broke me out! I started slow using only once a week, with the moisturizer "sandwich" method.

Curious is anyone can comment on how this retinol compares to others? I used to use adapalene (Differin) with great results, but when retrialing developed swelling in my eyelids. I am leery of retinols but wanting the benefits!

We suggest that for sensitive skin you use every 2 days and build up usage overtime; and apply at night. Then apply your moisturizer in the morning. If you are not reactive, you may use more often and follow with moisturizer.
