How to Apply Cream Eyeshadow Primer:

• Use fingertips, an eyeshadow brush, or liner brush to apply and blend. If using as primer, allow to set before applying more color.
• To remove, apply waterproof makeup remover, gently massage in circular motions, and rinse with water.​

Be sure to blend the eyeshadow well to avoid any harsh lines, and use a damp brush or your ring finger to soften any edges. To achieve a long-lasting look, set the eyeshadow with a light dusting of powder eyeshadow or setting powder.

Do you need eyeshadow primer with cream eyeshadow?
