• Apply the eyeshadow dry all over the eyelid with an eye contour brush for a subtle wash of color or apply wet for a vibrant effect.
• Choose a light color from the prism eyeshadow palette to apply all over the eyelid as a base or to highlight.
• Next, apply a medium shade in the crease with a crease brush to contour.
• Then, apply the darkest shade to line the eye with an flat liner brush for depth and a smoky look.

After prepping your eyelids with primer, build the shimmer eyeshadow in multiple thin layers. Start with a light base and then repeat several times for more intensity. Use one finger to tap the product onto the eye and a clean one to blend. You can also use a blending brush to help blend the color.

Where do you put shimmer eyeshadow?
You can apply neutral, matte eyeshadow all over as a primer and especially under the brow bone. It can help blend out harsh lines. Use shimmer eyeshadow under the brow bone, in the corner and on the eyelids themselves.
