i’ve been struggling with acne since about the seventh grade so about 4 years. i’ve got it to clear up only once in those past 4 years. i usually have normal acne on my forehead but when i was going through a time of high stress i slowly started breaking out on my cheeks. before i knew it i had barley any even on my forehead but my cheeks were so bad i didn’t even want to walk out of the house. when i got on christmas break i was relieved i didn’t have to leave the house and could try to get it under control for two weeks. i got it under control a bit, but i feel like it was becuase i didn’t have the stress of school or cheer for two weeks. i was still breaking out and i had sooo many red spots. i ordered it and it took two weeks to get here, which is the only thing i didn’t like. i ordered it along with the whole skincare set and OMG!!!!!! i used the face wash, the night serum and this moisturizer one night,, and when i woke up MY SKIN WAS ALMOST PERFECT. and when i say perfect i don’t mean there were still some pimples i mean it took all the pimples away overnight and the redness that was there from the pimples was 99% gone. this is an absolute holy grail and i will never be without this set again. a pro tip i also ( not the first night i used the elf products so i know they are AMAZING) use the peach slices redness relief serum and moisturizer and that REALLY helps to get redness out and balance skin tone. but anyway these elf products are amazing i dont even know how they did that

GREAT SKIN CREAM FOR ACNE PRONE SKIN!

I recently purchased and used this cream and it is a winner! Pros: 1. Affordable. This is the best for the price. 2. Works: I have combination, acne prone skin with mostly hormonal breakouts. Since using this cream I have to say I have not had any blemishes. 3. Moisturizing and goes on smooth. You can use this alone in the evening and it goes well under your sunscreen for day time use. It also works will with make up. No peeling noted. If your skin is a bit on the dry side, I would recommend an additional moisturizer. 4. Odorless. No fragrance especially for those with sensitive skin. I hope Elf continues this line. Thanks

I swear by this!

I swear by this stuff! I have varying issues with acne that range from a single blemish or two to days I actually have stayed home sick because of my badly my face had broken out. This cream helps with everything. I especially love it to get my skin back on track when I'm super broken out but my skin is too irritated to use anything more on it - it always does the trick!

Excellent Product, Effective and Affordable

I had been looking for a skincare product that would tackle my acne prone skin. Well let me tell ya, yes, indeed this product from elf saved my face. I’ve been using it for a year now and I will never use something else. This really works and you’ll notice a difference right away. I hope elf never discontinues this line of skincare because I would be extremely bummed.

Good Lightweight Moisturizer

I really like the cool, lightweight feel of this moisturizer. It seems to be unscented and absorbs easily into my skin. I have adult acne with combo skin that's more on the oily side. I haven't really noticed much difference in my acne with this moisturizer, but it may work better for those with small breakouts.

Absolutely obsessed

I have battled acne, hormonal and genetic, since I can remember. I have tried everything under the sun! I'm a combination skin type too, so avoiding the matte, super drying acne friendly moisturizers when its way too common is such a pain. I received the trial size as a free sample with an elf order awhile ago. I didn't think much of it because of my past experiences. I started using it for 2-ish weeks of the month, the one leading up to my cycle and then when I'm currently on it. HOLY COW, a difference was noticed, I have SIGNIFICANTLY less breakouts and irritation. Instead of getting a lot of small pimples + a couple cystic acne every month I'm getting a few little very manageable dots. I also LOVE the cooling effect that this provides, and the texture of the gel is great. This is the first time I've ever purchased a full sized product of something I received from a free sample. This is my holy grail.
