Its really good but it does smudge a little. But it is water prooof.

I have bought this eyeliner several times. Once or twice on Amazon. I do love this liner. The only downside is that it does smudge when you first put it on.

Wanted to Love This

This eyeliner could go on smoothly and last all day but the fact that you can't sharpen it (and it doesn't come w/a little sharpener like most retractable liners) makes it useless. I went on YouTube to see how eyeliners like this could be sharpened and it was way too tedious of a process to even bother with. I love elf because they have so many great products, are super affordable, and cruelty free but this liner is a definite pass.

Been using these eyeliners for 2+ years!

Bought one of these in black and became OBSESSED because when you put it on an angled eyeliner brush it is sooo pretty and I went back and bought the brown for a more natural look, they last all day with minimum fading and only a little smudging, which is outstanding for the price. Would not recommend trying to apply straight out of the stick as it is not very precise and is dull, but with a little help from a brush this product is great for all levels of makeup knowledge!

Pretty nice pigment!! And last pretty long! Wish it was a bit more black

Poor

Was not what I expected after reading reviews. No matter where I put it on my eyes it melts and gives me black eyes, it also flakes when applying. The biggest complaint I have is it says it’s retractable but the one I got did not twist up or down so once the product beyond the tip was gone that was it! Wish I could get my money back on that one! Wish I had a photo but was so upset about pencil not retracting up after I used what little there was I tossed it in the garbage. (Was only able to use it 2-3 times)

Just Okay

I had high hopes for this eyeliner but it was just okay and not great. It doesn't apply very smoothly, but instead is kind of draggy on my eyelids. It also doesn't seem to apply at all on the waterline. I like that it's retractable, as so many "sharpenable" pencils these days are made out of impossible-to-sharpen plastic, but the overall performance is just meh.
