1. Gently squeeze tube until product appears, then apply evenly to face, using Putty Primer Brush and Applicator or fingertips to pat into skin.
2. Allow 30 seconds to set before makeup application.

How to apply Lock It Down Eyeshadow Primer:

• Gently pat eye primer onto clean eyelid with your fingertip to create a smooth canvas for makeup.
• Allow to dry for 30 seconds before applying your go-to liquid or powder eyeshadow.
