- With an eyeshadow brush, apply a light eyeshadow all over the eyelid as a base.
- Next, apply a medium toned shade on the outer half of the eyelid and blend out using an blending eye brush.
- For added depth and dimension, blend a darker color in the eyelid crease and the outer corner of the eye.
- Blend out any harsh lines.

Must Have for my Collection
The colors are amazing, and the product quality is legitimately impressive. It's summer in Georgia, which usually means I have to sacrifice the best looking mascara and eyeshadow for more basic ones that do not run when I sweat. This collection allows me to wear great looking colors without worrying about it running.

Decent eyeshadow pallete from ELF cosmetics
I have received the new 10 eyeshadow pallet from ELF for my honest feedback of the product.It has 10 shades from neutral to shimmer.well coming to the pigmentation I am not very satisfied with the amount of color I was expecting.It is not very pigmented.You have to apply 2/3 times to get the desired amount of pigmentation.And I would have loved more solid colors with the neutral colors insted of shimmer.But best part is this a pocket friendly product and easily available.

Nice but NO BRUSH
Like the product but WHY IS THERE NO BRUSH TO APPLY IT??? How inconvenient to bring along other eyeshadow just to have a brush. Don’t think I will buy again because of this silly omission. 😩

Nice, soft colors
I like this pallet. Nice soft colors. If I could change one thing, it would be that all the colors were matte and no glitter eyeshadow.

Good variety
Love this palette as its not too big to carry around in my bag and has a good choice of colours. I use the neutrals most days and the blues have great pigment and last all evening.

Is this new Perfect 10 Eyeshadow in "Summer Breeze" a repackaging of the past "Mad for Matte" palette in the same name? The color story is the same and in the same order, so I was wondering if this is just an aesthetic change or a formula overhaul.
