We are sorry that not everyone was able to get their hands on this very limited lip kit – the interest in the lip duo was unprecedented!

To check out using Paypal, please do not log into your e.l.f. account first. Put all your items in your shopping cart and when you proceed to checkout you will then be prompted to log in. Please click on the Paypal logo at the bottom of the screen and follow the directions when you are redirected to the Paypal site. Paypal is only available in select countries.
If you are unable to complete your order due to an error message saying that your address is invalid, please try to abbreviate your address, or place a portion of your address in the field next to your last name. There is a maximum of 29 characters allowable in the "address" and "suite or apartment number" fields. You may place some information next to your last name. Also please check that your zip code and your complete address is correct. If you are still having difficulties, please contact us.

Product Information
We do NOT test on animals or endorse such practices. Our products do not contain animal derived ingredients. Beeswax has been replaced by synthetic beeswax and lanolin has been replaced by Bis-Diglyceryl Polyacyladinpale-2. We currently support HSUS and are partners with PETA in the Caring Consumer Project.
All products are full sized, similar to those of other nationally recognized cosmetic companies.

Auto-Delivery
Auto-Delivery is the most convenient way for you to get the products you want delivered to you on a regular schedule. We automatically send your favorite products based upon your chosen frequency. The service is easy to use and customizable, so you can make changes online whenever you need. Just tell us how often you want your products, and we'll take it from there. You will receive free shipping on all auto-delivery orders!
You always have complete control over your Auto-Deliver orders and we send an email reminder 10 days before each order ships. You can change your delivery frequency, next order date, or quantity anytime by visiting ‘Subscriptions located within your account. Changes to orders can be made any time before the next scheduled shipment date and you can cancel at any time.
Joining Auto-Delivery is easy; it can be done while browsing on a product page or while reviewing items in the shopping cart. To get started, simply select the Auto-Delivery option for your desired product, select your preferred shipment frequency and then check out as normal. A user account is required to participate in Auto-Delivery. Login or create an account at checkout.
Auto-Delivery is currently only available for customers in the U.S.
After you join Auto-Delivery, you will receive an email confirming your auto-delivery order. This email will include a link to access the ‘Subscriptions’ section in your account where you can manage your future orders, auto-delivery items and account information.
We will place your Auto-Delivery orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped. We will send you an email reminder 10 days before each auto-delivery order. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your Auto-Delivery account, such as if your item is discontinued or out of stock, if you cancel your replenishment, and confirmation when an order is placed successfully.
Once you’ve joined, Auto-Delivery is easy to manage. You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel an auto-delivery by visiting the ‘Subscriptions’ section in your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.
Change an order date:
- To change your next order date, please visit the ‘Subscriptions’ section within your account and click the ‘Change Date’ button to the right of the next shipment date then select a new date for your order. This will change the order date for the entire auto-delivery order.
Skip a delivery:
- To skip an Auto-Delivery order, please visit the ‘Subscriptions’ section within your account and click the ‘Skip Order’ button to the right of the upcoming order date to skip the entire order.
Change shipment frequency:
- To modify the delivery frequency for an auto-delivery item, please visit the ‘Subscriptions’ section within your account. The current delivery frequency is displayed next to each replenishment item in a dropdown menu next to ‘Every’. To change the delivery frequency for an individual replenishment item, simply click the frequency dropdown next to the item you would like to modify and select your next desired frequency from the dropdown menu.
Send an order now:
- To send an Auto-Delivery order now, please visit the ‘Subscriptions’ section within your account and click the ‘Send Now’ button to the right of the upcoming order date to send the entire order
Cancel or Pause auto-delivery item:
- To cancel an auto-delivery item, please visit the ‘Subscriptions’ section within your account and click the ‘cancel’ link to the right of the item you wish to cancel. You’ll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for cancelling. Once you’ve selected a cancel reason and clicked the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button, your auto-delivery will be cancelled and no future orders will be placed. You will receive an email notification confirming this action. Please allow up to 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed.
- To pause an auto-delivery item, please visit the ‘My Auto-Delivery’ section within your account and click the ‘pause’ link to the right of the item you wish to pause. You’ll be prompted to select a shipment resume date. Once you’ve selected the date and clicked the ‘Save Shipment Date’ button, your auto-delivery will be paused and will resume shipment on the date that you selected.
To review or modify your Auto-Delivery account information, visit ‘Subscriptions’ located within your account.
- To change your shipping address for an order, click the ‘Edit’ link located directly below the current shipping information. Select a previous shipping address from the dropdown menu or create a new one to add to your account. This address will apply to all auto-delivery future orders unless otherwise noted.
- To change your billing address for an order, click the ‘Edit’ link located directly below the current billing information. This will open a new page where you can add new payment information. This billing information will apply to all auto-delivery future orders.
Please remember to press OK and verify that your updated information saved successfully. We kindly ask that you allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.
Your very next scheduled orders will be listed in the ‘Subscriptions’ section of ‘My Account’
Auto-Delivery items that have the same order date, shipping address, billing address and payment method will ship as one order. If you have more than one Auto-Delivery item and want the items to ship in the same order, simply visit ‘Subscriptions’ section of your account and change the next order dates to be the same. Also, confirm the orders are going to the same shipping address and have the same billing address and payment method.
Yes! To do so, you must be logged into your account. Visit the item’s page you wish to add to your order and find the ‘Add this to my order on:’ button. When you click this button, you will have the option to add the item as one time only or as an auto-delivery item.
All Auto-Delivery orders require a credit or debit card payment. Alternative payment forms, such as PayPal, Apple Pay and Afterpay are not accepted.
Auto-Delivery items will ship automatically until you cancel. By placing this order, you are authorizing us to charge your card for future orders at the frequency and quantity you selected. The actual cost of each shipment may vary depending on the quantity and frequency chosen. Easily keep track of your most loved products or the products you want to try by clicking on the heart icon next to any item. You can access Wish List from all of your devices by signing into your account and going to the My Account page. Once there, click on “Wish List” in the left navigation bar. Shop your Wish List by simply clicking on “Add to Bag” and then proceed to check out. Share your list with friends and family by clicking on the Share icon at the top of the Wish List page—it’s never too early to start dropping hints!

Yes, everyone with an elfCosmetics.com account can create a Wish List. You can also share a copy of your Wish List with friends and family.
Yes, you can access and shop your Wish List from all your devices. Simply sign in to your account and go to the My Account page. Once there, click on “Wish List” in the left navigation bar. Shop your Wish List by simply clicking on “Add to Bag” and then proceed to check out
From your Wish List page, click on the Share icon at the top of the page. Enter the email address(es) of the person(s) to whom you want to send your Wish List. To send to more than one person, separate each email address by a comma. Click the send icon and a copy of your Wish List will be emailed on your behalf.
What is e.l.f. beauty squad?
e.l.f. Beauty Squad is a loyalty program with major rewards and surprises for every e.l.f. fan. Beauty Squad members earn points for any e.l.f. Cosmetics purchase and a variety of other activities.
Points can be redeemed for discounts off your purchase at elfcosmetics.com, free products, e-gift cards at your favorite retailers, cash back and more. There are three tier levels – FAN, PRO, and ICON – and as you advance to a higher level, you unlock access to more perks!

SHOP:
You earn 10 points for every $1 you spend on e.l.f. Cosmetics. You must be signed in to your account to earn points for shopping at elfcosmetics.com.
You can earn points for any e.l.f. Cosmetics purchase made at a retailer by uploading a photo of your receipt or online order confirmation. Please allow 24 hours to receive points for your uploaded receipt.
ENGAGE:
You can earn points by completing your beauty profile, connecting on social, writing a review, signing up for email or texts, browsing e.l.f.cosmetics.com and more! Some activities, like writing a review, may take 1-3 days to award points. If you’re missing points for an activity after 5 days, please reach out to Customer Service for assistance.
Now you can earn points by shopping e.l.f. Cosmetics at any authorized retailer! Sign in to your account and click “upload a receipt” in your beauty squad dashboard OR download our app and sign in for an even easier experience.
You will need to upload a clear photo of your receipt or online order confirmation to earn points. Make sure the photo clearly shows the store or website name, date and time of purchase, total purchase amount, and the names of the e.l.f. products purchased.
Your receipt will take 24 hours to process before you receive points. You can check back on the status of your submitted receipt by clicking “upload a receipt” in your beauty squad dashboard.
Go to My Account to access your beauty squad dashboard.
Your point balance will be accessible on your My Account page.
You can redeem points for rewards in your cart or in your beauty squad dashboard.
To see all available rewards and redeem points, sign in and go to the My Account page. Once there, click on e.l.f. beauty squad. Redeem points by clicking on the Redeem Rewards tab. You can use up to $10 in discounts per order.
Please note that you cannot place an order with a $0 total. The products in your cart must be equal or greater than your discount amount.
The points you earn within the January through December calendar year will determine your tier status. You must earn at least 1,000 points within the calendar year to reach or maintain PRO status or at least 2,000 points in the calendar year to reach or maintain ICON status. Want to check how many points you need to level up? Your beauty squad dashboard in My Account will tell you how many points you need to reach the next tier.
Points Expiration:
Your redeemable points balance will expire only if you haven’t made a purchase, earned points, or redeemed any points in the last 12 months. To save your points from expiring, you can make a purchase, complete any points earning activity or redeem your points for a reward.
PRO & ICON Tier Status Expiration:
Once you reach PRO or ICON level, you’ll keep that tier status for the rest of the year and the following calendar year! Your tier will expire at the end of the following calendar year if you don’t earn enough points to maintain your status for another year. The points you earn within the January through December calendar year will determine your tier status.You must earn at least 1,000 points within the calendar year to keep PRO status or at least 2,000 points in the calendar year to keep ICON status.

PRO members: Free shipping will automatically apply to your cart as soon as you have $10 (or your local currency equivalent) or more in your cart.
ICON members: Free shipping will automatically apply as soon as you add any items to your cart. (Not including loyalty free product rewards).
Please note you cannot place an order with a $0 cart. Your cart total must be greater than $0 to checkout with your free shipping perk.
Yes, you may combine your reward with other loyalty rewards or offers unless specifically noted. However, there is a limit of $10 in discounts applied per order and you cannot place an order with a $0 cart. Your cart total must be greater than the discounts applied.

E-Gift Cards: You can redeem your points for an e-gift card in your beauty squad dashboard under “Redeem Rewards”
Your digital gift card will be delivered to the email address associated with your e.l.f. beauty squad account. Your gift card value never expires, and it can be redeemed online or in-store by displaying the bar code on your phone to scan at the register.
Venmo & PayPal Cash:
You must first connect your Venmo account and PayPal account before you can claim these rewards. Go to your beauty squad dashboard, under “Earn Points” tab and click “Connect your Venmo” or “Connect your PayPal”
Once you connect your account, your Venmo & PayPal reward options will be available in your beauty squad dashboard under “Redeem Rewards” within a few hours.
After redeeming a Venmo or PayPal reward, you will receive an email from Venmo or PayPal confirming your cash payment. Please note that the payment will come from “Arrowhead Promotion” and the description will say “Your e.l.f. beauty Squad reward.” *Please allow 24-48 hours to receive your reward to your email inbox*

Check the email address associated with your e.l.f. beauty squad account for your reward & ensure the email is not in your spam folder. Beauty Profile
Beauty Profile is our new personalized customization tool which enables us to suggest curated products especially for you. You will earn 50 Beauty Squad points for completing your profile as well as other Beauty Squad benefits.
Simply complete a few questions about your makeup preferences and skin and view your initial product recommendations. Then either sign in to your Beauty Squad account or create a new account to complete the remainder of your profile and receive even more personalized recommendations.
Enrollment is at no cost, and you will earn 50 Beauty Squad points just for completing your profile. Beauty Squad membership entitles you to special access to promotions, a gift with purchase on your birthday, and the opportunity to redeem points for free full-sized products with a future purchase.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are only available in the United States at this time.
e-Gift Card: Your e-Gift Card will be sent via email on the delivery date you choose, with rare exceptions for processing delays. For same-day delivery, most e-Gift Cards are sent within an hour of the purchase transaction. For future delivery, e-Gift Cards are sent on the morning of the scheduled delivery date.
Classic Gift Card: Delivery times are determined by the Shipping Method selection. Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your Gift Card is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, with which you may access the current shipping status of your gift.
e-Gift Card: e-Gift Cards will be sent via email at no additional charge to you.
Classic Gift Card: You can choose our standard shipping & handling rate of $3.50, or for an additional fee you can choose to expedite your order. You can make your selection under the Shipping Method option. Depending on when your order is placed, it may take 1-2 business days to process order.
Once your Gift Card is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, with which you may access the current shipping status of your gift.
Gift Cards may be shipped to valid street addresses within the United States. For your protection, we do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
Simply personalize the e-Gift Card for your recipient, have it sent to yourself and then print it. To do this, go to the "Print" tab underneath "How would you like to deliver your e-Gift Card?". On this tab, enter your own email address in the "Your Email" and "Confirm Your Email" fields. Enter your recipient's name and your personal message on the e-Gift Card preview, and complete the transaction normally. You will receive an e-Gift Card alert via email. Follow the instructions in this message to retrieve your e-Gift Card and then choose "Click to print this page." The resulting printout may be presented as a gift to the recipient.
You can use your Gift Card at any U.S. e.l.f. Cosmetics retail store or at elfcosmetics.com.
An e-Gift Card is an electronic Gift Card that is sent via email. On the delivery date you choose, a message is sent to the recipient informing them of your gift, with a link to retrieve it online. The link in the email goes to a page showing the e-Gift Card you created (the design you selected, with your recipient's name and your personalized message), its value and code number. This page also gives simple instructions for redeeming the e-Gift Card, including printing instructions.
You will receive an email message confirming delivery, and a message notifying you that the e-Gift Card has been viewed. If the e-Gift Card goes un-viewed for 15 days after delivery, you will receive a message with options for resolving the issue.
