It gives a glow to the skin slightly tinted to give a bronzed affect. Personally I don’t see the difference in using a darker halo glow shade than your natural shade for a bigger bottle for 2 dollars more

Scam! Buyer Beware
This bronzer does not go on smooth,is blotchy and streaks. I prep my skin with moisturize and tinted SPF, all from elf, . My Clinique makeup ha no issues but the elf bronzer is absolutely terrible. And you cannot return any product! I've tried multiple ways of applying this bronzer, and yes with the recommended elf brushes and it will not stay in. It just disappears! I've never seen a make up that won't go on and stay.
