Perfect For My Purposes
I bought this this eyeliner with the intent of finding a dupe for the UD Heavy Metal Glitter Liners, and: winner, winner, chicken dinner. Just like the UD ones, it's not very opaque and needs to be built up, but I don't mind this because I really only wanted to use it as an eyeshadow topper. It's simplified glitter, no glue necessary. It dried quickly and gave a beautiful effect to my eyelids, and lasted multiple hours without creasing (I only wore it for 4 hours). It still looked freshly applied when I removed it. I bought the shade "Sea Foam Green" hoping to find a match for the holographic shade, "distortion". It's pretty much spot on. They both look very opalescent in the tube, it applies as a mainly green color on the lid. I want to purchase all the other colors!

Its glittery alright
Bought a couple weeks ago, both gold and pink opal. They have good pigments, but the original brush grabs so little product it took many dippings to get color out that shows nicely. I simply popped the black seal and use a flat liner brush, it works A TON better that way. I like it think I'll buy the silver soon.

Very nice versatile product!
I recently purchased this Stardust glitter eyeliner in gold. I wish I had bought sooner along with the silver. It does exactly what I had expected. It gives a lovely shimmer layered on top of my dark brown or black eyeliner. Just enough shimmer but not overdone. I love it! I'm sure it can be used as an eyeshadow topper or alone for some sparkle! Very nice and fun product!

Small packaging
I bought this recently and i think it’s ok. It’s not really pigmented and the glitter doesn’t show as much and I want it to.

It was decent
I bought this for some new makeup ideas but was pretty surprised at how tiny it was. The glitter shows however you would need to do more than one layer. c

In debating whether to buy this liner, I'm concerned that because it has glitter very close to my eye it might get irritate. Is there anything I would have to worry about with this product?

All makeup has chemicals in it and this can be very harmful, just exercise caution with anything you put near your eye and as long as you aren't putting it in your eye you should be ok. If you're really careful about stuff like this read ingredients and look them up.

If something is for 10 USD then why the rates change when they are converted into Indian curency

Because money depreciates each time it is exchanged, this is due to many factors that can be really complicated. Honestly this question is something that is studied in colleges so this isn't really the place to ask it, but an easy way to think of it is this, the expenses of different countries control prices, inflation is the root cause of everything.

The ingredients state that it contains glass. Is that... um... Glass? Is that right?

This product does contain Calcium Aluminum Borosilicate, which is a chemically treated glass product that is safe for use in the eye area due to its particle size and is commonly used in cosmetic grade pigments.
