I have combo/oily skin, and this absorbs nicely.
I use just three drops as my first step of my nightly skin care routine. So far, it feels soft once absorbed. You have to give any new skin care product at least four to six weeks to see a change. But, my first impression is it feels great on my skin.

Not my thing, but a good starter
I tried switching to this after using the Advanced Night Retinoid Serum for a long time, and I hate to say it but I prefer the ANRS. This facial oil probably just isn’t a great fit for my skin type, as it makes it much more oily and flares breakouts for me. It does absorb pretty quickly, but never enough.

I didn’t really see the benefit of these and tried using them different ways but wasn’t impressed. Gave it to my daughter. Nothing bad just not my thing.

Hydrating
This is super duper hydrating! Definitely a night oil and it does take a while to settle in so don’t lay down right after you put it on unless you sleep completely on your back!

I just finished this. It was nice and hydrating. I feel a difference in my skin but nothing crazy yet. I do feel like $18 is a bit steep for a retinol

Not so great for sensitive skin
I really wanted to like this product but my skin sadly hated this really bad. I have very sensitive skin and I’m very careful with what products go on the skin. The texture, application, and fragrance free approach had my hopeful but I woke up with trashy skin so my skin did t like this product so much. It looked really promising though! My mom enjoyed her first use of it but hasn’t really reached for this again after one use either.

Seeing no difference
I'm almost at the end of my first bottle. I like the colour. I have been using alongside the bouncy night mask. It doesn't massage well into the skin. However, my skin is worse than when I started. More lines, more uneven texture and it just looks greasy. I have been using a daytime sunscreen. I did buy a second bottle but I'm not going to use it. Unfortunately Elf I am going back to my previous routine
